Job Description
- He should have hands-on skill of Server management up to
L1 / L2 Level incidents.
- Daily report submission of Server Health and utilization,
- Able to manage IIS / FTP servers, Manage servers in
Virtual environment (HyperV, VMWare).
- Installation of New server as per SOP defined by
customer.
- Backup / Restoration / Verification.
- Security Patch management.
- Management of File servers.
- Maintenance of WINS / DHCP / PRINT / DNS Servers.
- Database administration as per prescribed format of
customer.
- MTA-Database.
- Server Operating System: Windows.
- Database: L1 knowledge of SQL
